Return Terms

 

You can return or exchange the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection".

Conditions for return or exchange

 

We accept the product back only if:

• it has not been used (without traces of wear, odors, stains);

• tags, labels, seals (if any) are preserved;

• the product is returned in its original form and packaging;

• there is proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).

Items that are not eligible for return:

• Custom orders made at the customer's request (e.g., to your measurements or with personal changes).

• SALE or final sale items.

• Lingerie and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).

Refunds

 

Refunds will be made to the same bank card used for payment within 14 business days of receiving the item and confirming its proper condition.

 

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange of goods

 

Exchange is possible if the desired size/model is available in stock.

We recommend that you write to us before making an exchange - we will advise you on availability or offer an alternative.

How to return or exchange

1. Write to us at nyurova.brand@gmail.com or on Instagram @nyurova.brand with the subject “Return / Exchange” and indicate:

• order number;

• reason for return or exchange;

• photo of the product (if necessary).

2. We will respond to you within 1-2 business days with instructions.

3. Send the product to the address we provide.

Return shipping is paid by the customer.
