Public offer agreement

1. General provisions

1.1. This agreement is a public offer in accordance with Articles 633, 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and defines the terms of purchase and sale of goods through the online store nyurova.com.

1.2. Placing an order on the website is confirmation of the Buyer's (User's) full agreement with the terms of this agreement.

1.3. The Seller is:

(hereinafter referred to as the Seller).

2. Subject of the contract

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the ownership of the Goods to the Buyer in accordance with the order placed on the website, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the Goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2.2. The range of Goods, their main characteristics, prices, payment and delivery terms are posted on the website nyurova.com and are an integral part of this agreement.

3. Ordering

3.1. The order is placed by the Buyer independently by adding the goods to the "basket" and filling out the appropriate order form.

3.2. The Seller confirms acceptance of the order by email or other available method (for example, by message in a messenger).

4. Product price and payment procedure

4.1. Prices are indicated in the national currency (hryvnia) or in another currency taking into account the place of registration of the seller.

4.2. The buyer can pay for the order using one of the methods indicated on the "Payment" page of the site.

4.3. The order is considered confirmed only after receipt of payment or confirmation of cash on delivery (if available).

5. Delivery of goods

5.1. Delivery is carried out within the territory of Ukraine or other countries specified on the website, in accordance with the terms of the "Delivery" page.

5.2. The cost and delivery time depend on the delivery method and carrier service.

5.3. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment it is handed over to the delivery service.

6. Exchange and return

6.1. Return and exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and in accordance with the conditions specified on the "Return and Exchange" page.

6.2. Only goods that have not been used, are kept in their full package, with labels and without signs of wear are eligible for return.

6.3. Refunds are made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the return by the Seller.

7. Responsibility of the parties

7.1. The Seller is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by transportation services or actions of third parties.

7.2. The Seller is not responsible for the Buyer's use of the goods for purposes other than their intended purpose or in violation of the care rules.

7.3. In the event of a defect or damage to the goods, the Seller undertakes to exchange or refund the money in accordance with the terms specified in this agreement.

8. Personal data

8.1. Providing personal data when placing an order means the Buyer's consent to their processing by the Seller for the purpose of fulfilling the order, delivering the goods, communicating and sending marketing emails (upon consent).

8.2. Detailed information on the processing of personal data is posted in the Privacy Policy on the website.

9. Intellectual property

9.1. All materials on the site (photos, texts, design) are the property of the Seller or are used on legal grounds. Copying or use without written consent is prohibited.

10. Final provisions

10.1. This Agreement is concluded in electronic form and has legal force in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

10.2. The Seller reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement without prior notice by publishing a new version on the website.

10.3. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. In case of failure to reach an agreement, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine.
